Our workouts are designed around 12 round boxing contest and combine functional strength and cardio exercises with boxing skills and drills – with a dynamic, new program every day its fast fun and never boring.
Because of our unique format there are literally no set class times. With a new round starting every 3 minutes you can get in, have have a great workout and be finished within 45 minutes.
Our trainers are there with you every step of the way. Their job is to motivate, guide and support you through every single workout.
12 Round’s short, High Intensity Interval Training workouts are scientifically proven to improve athletic capacity and conditioning, increase glucose metabolism, and boost your fat-burning capacity.
Every 12 Round Fitness workout has been designed by our team of fitness experts to trigger EPOC, or the “after burn effect”. This means that even though our workouts are fast, your body will continue to burn calories for up to 38 hours after each 12 Round session.
The improvements that you get from our training will cross over from the gym to your day to day life too. We don’t train with one dimensional machines, instead using free weights, body weight and other conditioning equipment to strengthen your primal movements and improve your balance, power, agility, speed, co-ordination, flexibility and endurance.
