NO CLASS START TIMES
For the fast paced individual, the ‘no start times’ allow you to cross the line at any time & at some point, the coach will be tapping you on your shoulder teaching you moves that you couldn’t even repeat on the d-floor!
Our training techniques provide the basis of complete body transformations using technology advanced monitoring, efforts are maximised crunching numbers like you’ve never seen before!
The workouts are dynamic, fun & results based. Using intelligent programming we create the basis of a new paramount in boxing & strength.
Each workout conditions the entire body, activating muscles you didn’t even know existed!
We tap in to ALL energy systems, including both the anaerobic & aerobic burning an ultra 17 calories per minute! Skill acquisition causes time to be of no relevance, allowing you to completely immerse yourself in each RND, 1 jab, 1 hook at a time!
The uber dynamic intervals of energy bouts, builds superior fitness along with the stamina to overcome fatigue not only in the RNDS but also in the rest periods. With the combination of total body strength, fast footwork & quick hands with a punch force greater than the speed of pacman, you’ll be left throwing down speedballs just like the pros!
AS A 12RND ATHLETE
Everyone has the ability to participate in boxing but the ability to develop your skills can be a lifelong journey. Like all good things in life, boxing is easy to learn but hard to perfect. 12RND boxing Workshops are designed to help all members improve their skills including stance, movement, individual punches and combinations. So over time you will continue to develop your ability and skill allowing you to get the most out of each 12RND workout.
The Everyday Athlete 28 Day and 6 week challenges are run throughout the year to help you achieve specific goals and targets. During these challenges you will be shown how to train, eat and recover like an athlete. By following these healthy protocols use by high performance athletes you will transform your body, lose body fat, gain lean muscle and improve mobility. The challenges come with nutrition plans, goal setting sheets, training and recovery advice. Follow the plan to look and feel like an athlete.
Alongside body composition improvements, it is important that you are constantly developing and improving your athletic performance. The 12RND time trials are optional but designed to test speed, power, endurance, agility and strength.
